The purpose of existing of the Department of real estate is to provide safety and fair treatment for the buyers and to place down strict rules for the real estate agents and all other concern, to follow in order to please the customers as well as the state.

If a customer is not satisfied with the contract and feels damaged by the broker, the department of Real estate will do an investigation for the intended broker and resolve the problem accordingly to all facts and evidences.

The sole reason for the existing of the Department of real estate is to provide and make a better place for consumers to function in. Consumers have to be protected by law, and since the real estate market is quite the dynamic one, with lots in stake, rules have to be strict and rigorous.
